Windsor Guided Tours Terms of Booking

Any changes made by clients to dates, times, and group size will be subject to the Amendment and Cancellation Policy (below).

Payments

An electronic Invoice will be sent to clients via email. This can be paid online using a credit card, debit card or paypal balance.  The electronic invoice is provided by paypal but YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY THE INVOICE.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booked tour before the date, the following will apply
Refunds for cancelled booked tours will be made on the following basis –

4 weeks before the booked tour date: total refund (minus £10.00 admin fee)
3 weeks before the booked tour date: 50% refund (minus £10.00 admin fee)
2 weeks or less before the booked tour date: no refund.

Unadvised reductions in numbers on the date of the tour will not alter the fee for the booked tour already calculated.

Cancellation or modification of tour by windsorguidedtours.co.uk

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that tours actually run, windsorguidedtours.co.uk reserves the right to modify the duration, route and content of the tour when conditions are likely to be dangerous or unsuitable.

When such a modification is not possible, windsorguidedtours.co.uk will notify the client of cancellation as soon as practicable.

In the event of cancellation, clients will be offered the choice of (a) a full refund of fees paid or (b) another tour on a different date.

Windsorguidedtours.co.uk is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
